ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent herein to register an FIR based on the CSR No.118 of 2021 issued by the 2nd respondent herein dated 23.02.2021 on petitioner's complaint dated 20.02.2021.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that she lodged a complaint to the second respondent on 20.02.2021, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint of the petitioner, CSR No.118 of 2021 assigned on 23.02.2021. Thereafter, both the parties were called for enquiry and both appeared on 02.11.2021 and gave an undertaking that the issue has been settled between them, based on which, CSR has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

been closed. He fairly submits that closure report has not been served to the petitioner.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not aware of the status of the case and closure report has not been served.
