This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that Petitioner shall report before the Respondent daily at 10.30 am until further orders imposed in Crl.OP.No.14522 of 2023 vide order dated 30.06.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and charge sheet was made ready and the same was not filed before the Court, concerned yet.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, on summons the Petitioner has to appear before the Court, concerned.
