The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence publishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 353 and 307 read with 149 of IPC in S.C.No. 235 of 2018 on the file of the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge at Vellore, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that due to non appearance of the petitioner, the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge at Vellore has issued Non Bailable Warrant and the same is pending.
3. Since already the trial Court has issued Non Bailable Warrant against the petitioner, it is appropriate for this Court to direct the petitioner to appear before the learned learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge at Vellore, for cancellation of Non Bailable Warrant and if any such application is filed by the petitioner, the trial Court is directed to consider the same on the same day on merits in accordance with law.
