Respondent(s) PRAYER The Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the entire records, relating to the petitioners husband detention Under EC Act, 1980 (Central Act 7 of 1980) vide detention order, dated 03.07.2025 on the file of the second respondent herein made in proceedings in S.C.No.22/2025 (S), quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents herein to produce the petitioners husband namely Sathiyamoorthi, S/o.Veerasami, aged 37 years before this Court and set the petitioner's husband at liberty from detention, now the petitioner's husband detained at Central Prison, Salem.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.292, Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection (E2) Department, dated 11.08.2025, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked.
2. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
