This application has been filed to issue Subpoena in respect of the attesting witness namely Mr.B.Parhasarathy, for adducing evidence of the Will dated 03.12.1990 in the above OP.No.566 of 2021.

2.Heard, Mr.T.Kamalakkannan, learned counsel for the applicant and perused the materials available on record.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this application is allowed in the interest of justice and the Registry is directed to list the matter before the learned Master on 27.09.2023, for recording evidence.

4.The parties are required to appear before the learned Master on 27.09.2023 for recording evidence.
