ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to transfer the petitioner complaint dated 21.03.2017 pending on the file of respondent police to some other investigating agency.

Mr.S.Vinodh Kumar, learned counsel for Government(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner herein is the main accused/A1 in this case. The petitioner herein had some illegal intimacy with one person belong to the same locality and when this was objected by the deceased/ husband of the petitioner herein, she along with another accused person are said to have done to death the deceased person. The investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed before the learned Additional District Judge, Kancheepuram and hence, prays for dismissal of this petition.

3. Taking into account the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is not inclined to grant the relief as sought for by the petitioner and accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed. 15.07.2021 Index: Yes/No Internet: Yes/No rka To
