Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of exemption to the petitioners No.2, 3 and 4 are from surrendering before the learned trial Court pursuant to the judgment dated 26.07.2021 made in C.C.No. 28 of 2013 on the file of the Learned Special Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act, Coimbatore pending disposal of this CRL.A.No.391 of 2021.

Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.
