This petition is filed to condone the delay of 120 days in representation of filing the above Criminal Appeal against the judgment of the Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Chengalpattu in new special S.C.No.17 of 2019 (old special S.C.No.34 of 2016) dated 12.04.2023.

2.In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
