This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.842 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.23535 of 2021 dated 31.01.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in this case charge sheet is filed and taken on file in P.R.C.No.23 of 2023 by the Sessions Court, Kancheepuram.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
