Heard Mr.PL.Narayanan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Sathish Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent.

2. The petitioner, who is aged about 66 years, is said to have lost her property, on account of machination of the respondent in collusion with a police officer viz., Venugopalraj. On the private complaint given by the petitioner in C.C.No.10882 of 1991, Balasubramaniam (A1) and Venugopalraj (A2) were convicted after a full-fledged trial by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, in C.C.No.10882 of 1991 on 12.02.2001 for the offences under Sections 344, 347, 384 and 365 IPC. The appeal filed by the petitioner before the Sessions Court in Crl.A.Nos.44/2001 and 50/2001 were also dismissed on 07.03.2015.

3. In the affidavit filed in support of the condone delay petition, the petitioner has stated that on account of her old age, she suffers from loss of memory and therefore, the delay had occasioned.
