(CR.NO.2 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order relaxing the bail condition imposed vide order passed in Crl.O.P.No.21000 of 2021 dated 19.11.2021 directing the petitioner / 1st Accused to appear before the Respondent Police daily at 11.00 am (in para 22(b)) until further orders and pass such or other and further order that, this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.PRABHAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.E.RAJTHILAK Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed seeking modification of the conditions imposed in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No 21000 of 2021 dated 19.11.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that eariler this court granted bail to petitioner with a condition that the petitioner should appear before the respondent police daily until further orders.Accordingly, the petitioner has been duly reporting before the respondent police till date and he has been co-operating for the investigation. He further submits that the petitioner is the elected Member of Parliamentary Constituency and the winter session of the Parliament had commenced from 29.11.2021 and it is expected to continue till 23.12.2021, wherein the petitioner's presence is very much required. Thereby, the petitioner seeks necessary modification.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 1st and 15th of every month until further orders.

4.Except the said modification all other conditions imposed by the court shall remain unaltered.
