Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition "C" the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 AM until further orders imposed by this Honourable Court in the above said Crl.OP.No.18350 of 2021 dated 01/10/2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.DELIBAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18350 of 2021 on 01.10.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
