This miscellaneous petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the order dated 04.01.2025 passed in M.C.O.P.No.116 of 2016 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Subordinate Judge, Madurantakam.

Perusing the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, this miscellaneous petition is ordered on condition that the certified copy of the order shall be produced as and when it is made ready.
