ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records of the charge sheet in Crime No.709 of 2007 dated 13.06.2008 on the file of the first respondent pending before Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent has completed the investigation in Crime No.709 of 2007 and also filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.233 of 2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
