ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The prayer for ordering status-quo until the conclusion of the
trial before the Debts Recovery Tribunal in the pending cases cannot be ordered by this Court, as, according to learned counsel for the petitioner, various prayers for issuance of interim order are pending and an order of status-quo has already been passed on 05.10.2023.
3. The interim applications pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible without granting further adjournment to any of the parties, including the present petitioners.
4. Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP No.32093 of 2025 is closed. WMP No.32091 of 2025 filed to permit the petitioners to file a single writ petition is ordered, subject to payment of separate court fee within two weeks.
