ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 05.06.2025 wherein the petitioner is seeking for execution of lease agreement in her favour.

2. Heard Mr.Y.Kaja Navas, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.S.Haja Mohideen Gisthi, learned Senior Standing Counsel appearing for respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 05.06.2025, take a decision and inform the petitioner regarding the same within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No 2/4
