89/BCDFGISSSV/2025 dated 19.06.2025 against petitioner's son branding him as "GOONDA" and quash the same and direct the respondent to produce petitioner's son Raju, S/o. Saminathan, aged about 23 years now confined at Central Prison, Puzhal-II, Chennai before this Court and set him at liberty.

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) Mr.A.Nirmal Kumar Sharma, learned counsel on record for petitioner and Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents are before us.

2. Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board), vide proceedings dated 25.07.2025 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.4552, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department and also produced a copy of the same.

3. In the light of the above submission, nothing survives in the above habeas corpus petition.

4. Accordingly, recording the above said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
