This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on alternate days until further orders by this Court by the order dated 03.06.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.11947 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners are complying with the conditions without fail for the past two months, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioners to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar month for a period of three months.
