ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.22 of 2018 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the first respondent police submits that in this case, investigation has been completed, charge sheet has already been filed.

3. In view of the completion of the investigation and filing of charge sheet, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, the petitioner is at liberty to participate in the trial and raise all the points which he made in this petition and contest the case.
