This application has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18249 of 2024 dated 30.07.2024.

3. Considering the submissions made by both side counsels, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is ordered to make a non-refundable deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the credit of Advocate Clerk Association, Kanchipuram District and to comply with the conditions within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
