In the earlier order of this Court dated 04.01.2023 it has been specifically observed about the status of of compliance of condition that has been imposed already in the order of suspension.

2. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner did not comply the condition regularly.

3. In that case it is open to the respondent to file a petition to revoke the suspension order. Whatever may be the status of compliance or the consequential action taken if any by the respondent / complainant, the matter is ordered to be listed for final hearing on 27.01.2023.
