The relief sought for in the present writ petitions is to direct the respondent to issue computerized patta in respect of the petitioner's name in respect of the vacant house site bearing plot No.219 measuring 2400 sq.ft comprised in new S.No 257/2A1B in Mangala Nagar Extension, Porur Village, Maduravoyal Taluk, Thiruvallur District (Old S.Nos. 256/2 and 257, Porur Village, Ambattur Taluk (Previously Saidapet Taluk), Thiruvallur District) by considering her online application dated 11.06.2019 and representation dated 14.06.2023.
2. The petitioner states that she is the owner of the subject property morefully described in the present writ petition. Patta has already been granted in the name of the petitioner. The petitioner submitted an application on 11.06.2019 for grant of computerized patta in the name of the petitioner. Since it was not considered, the petitioner is constrained to move the present writ petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the patta has already been granted in favour of the writ petitioner on 30.06.1997.
Since the patta has already been granted, the grievance of the petitioner is that it is to be uploaded in the webportal of the revenue department. In this regard, the respondents are directed to verify the same and initiate all appropriate actions in the manner known to law.
