ORDER

Challenging the FIR in Crime No.469 of 2012 pending on the file of the first respondent, the petitioner has come up with the present petition.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.469/2012, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed against the petitioner and the same was taken on file as P.R.C.No.23/2013. Subsequently, the said case was committed to the Principal District and Sessions Court, Coimbatore and renumbered as S.C.No.12 of 2014, which after trial, ended in acquittal on 13.10.2014.

3. Since the charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.469/2012 and the case ended in acquittal, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the submission https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
