The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the present petitioner / 11th accused has unfortunately expired owing to Covid-19. The said submission is recorded. Naturally, the charges as against the present petitioner stands abated. Hence, the present Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner may also file necessary memo regarding the same before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Chengalpattu, where C.C.No.10 of 2015 is now pending. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
