V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN, J.

The present Writ Petition has been filed to extend the ordinary leave granted to the detenu until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the application seeking pre-mature release of the Convict Prisoner is under consideration on the file of the Government.
