The petitioners are apprehending arrest by the respondent police for the offences under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 351(3) of BNS 2023 and Sections 3(1)(r) and 3(2) (va) of SC/ST (PREVENTION OF ATROCITIES) ACT, 1989.

2. The allegations arise out of a dispute between the petitioners regarding the parking of a vehicle. In view of the embargo under the said Act, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioners to appear before the Court below, surrender, and seek bail. If any such bail petition is filed before the Trial Court, the same may be preferably be considered on the very same day, since the de-facto complainant has already been put on notice and has not appeared before this Court today. 12.08.2025 nvi 2/4
