Heard Dr.G.Krishnamurthy, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4 and also perused the records carefully.

The petitioner shall go in person and give a representation to the 4th respondent and on such representation, the 4th respondent may inquire and afford necessary bundobust for maintaining the peace in the temple. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
