This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.7 of 2012 pending on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.7 of 2012, after completion of investigation, charge sheet has already been filed before the Jurisdictional court.
