2.Mr.S.Senthil Kumar undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of the 2nd respondent. He has no objection to the delay being condoned and accordingly the delay is condoned.

3.The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and print the name of Mr.S.Senthil Kumar when the matter is listed for admission.
