Heard Mr.A.Sathiskumar, learned counsel is appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondent and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 2.This Writ Petition has been filed for considering the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 19.09.2016, for conducting Adal Padal Programme in Palathinipatti Pudur Arulmigu Sree Mahamariamman Temple Festival, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District on 26.09.2016.
