ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.06.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 302 of IPC in P.R.C.No.7 of 2021 pending trial before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kumaramangalam, Namakkal District in Crime No.429 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has murdered his wife namely Tharanidevi by strangulation in order to maintain his illicit intimacy with his college mate and there by committed the offence. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the investigation is completed. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that this is the sixth bail application filed by the petitioner and this Court has already dismissed the earlier bail applications of the petitioner. He further submitted that the charge sheet has been filed and there is no change of circumstances. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.in view of the fact that there is no change of circumstances pointed out, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
