This writ petition has been filed to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.2970/2024/Poe.Pa.Ni.Ku, dated 19.07.2024 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service as Secretary in the 2nd respondent society along with backwages, attendant benefits and other monetary benefits to the petitioner. 2.The suspension order itself was passed only on 19.07.2024. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition for the present. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this writ petition and revive his claim after some time.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
