This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to quash the private complaint in C.C.1277 of 2016 on the file of the Fast Track-IV/Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the trial has commenced and witnesses PW1 to PW3 have been examined and documents Ex.P1 to Ex.P6 were also marked https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai, in C.C.No.1277 of 2016.

4.Therefore, all the points raised by the petitioners cannot be considered at this stage. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all the grounds before the Trial Court during the trial.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Trial Court is directed to complete the trial in C.C.No.1277 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to raise all the grounds before the Trial Court during the trial. 6.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
