This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to file a final report in Crime No.992 of 2016, pending on the file of the respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation was completed and it has been closed as 'Further Action Dropped' and the closure report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Coimbatore. It was further submitted that the RCS notice was also served on the defacto complainant in RCS.No.25 of 2018.
