The Advocate Commissioner has filed a memo seeking additional remuneration of Rs.50,000/- towards the expenses incurred by her for executing the warrant.

2. Considering the submissions of the learned Advocate Commissioner, the plaintiff is directed to pay an additional remuneration of a sum of Rs.30,000/- to the Advocate Commissioner.

3. Accordingly, this application is closed.

4. As the issues have already been framed, the registry is directed to post the suit before the Additional Master I for recording evidence on 08.01.2024.
