ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking the direction to direct the respondents police 1 & 2 to give police protection to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner to enter into the landed properties in Survey No.103/1A, 103/1C and 28/A in Meyyur Village, Thiruvannamalai Taluk and District.

There was no representation for the petitioner. Heard Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police 1 & 2.

Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2, on instruction would submit that, in respect of the petition mentioned prayer, the petitioner herein has not been approached the respondents police by filing representation. The said submission is recorded.

In view of the above, in the absence of any representation from the petitioner, this Court cannot direct the respondents 1 & 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner. With the above discussion, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
