ASHA, J, Today, this matter is listed under the caption "For being mentioned". 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the order dated 03.03.2022, it has been wrongly stated that the matter should be transferred to the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Trichy instead of stating that it should be transferred to the Thanjavur. However, a perusal of the petition filed by the petitioner in Tr.C.M.P.No.901 of 2021 would clearly show that the request was to transfer O.S.No.3 of 2021 to file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Trichy.
