Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ROHINI RAVIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.A.DAMODARAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the 1st Respondent, and of MR.K.SHAHUL HAMED, Advocate on behalf of the 2nd to 4th Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail for the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.8386 of 2017 dated 10.05.2017, who are respondents 2 to 4 herein.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for R1 would submit that the trial could not be completed. The respondents 2 to 4 have been acquitted in the main case itself, arising out of Crime No.3 of 2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Vadapalani, Chennai and therefore, this petition has become infructuous.

2. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
