This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the proceedings in Cr. No.421 of 2018, pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Chennai.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed in C.C. No.309/2021 on the file of Special Court for CBCID cases, Chennai and hence nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
