The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants filed a memo stating that he has taken efforts to secure instructions from the appellants so as to proceed with the Appeal Suit. The registered notice sent to the appellants had been returned with an endorsement "Left". The notice sent to the third appellant was returned with an endorsement "died". Inspite of the efforts taken, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants are unable to secure instructions from any of the appellants so as to get along with the matter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Under these circumstances, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants filed a memo stating that "no instructions". Thus, the Appeal Suit in A.S.No.181 of 2017 stands closed. If the appellants are interested in pursuing their remedy, they are at liberty to restore the Appeal Suit within a reasonable period of time.
