The petitioners have filed this Criminal Original Petition to quash the FIR in Crime No.5 of 2012 pending on the file of the respondent police.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that after completing the investigation, charge sheet has been filed against the petitioners and the same has also been taken on file as S.C.No.136 of 2013 by the Mahila Court, Vellore. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
