2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing for the respondent submitted that the final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Villupuram on 20.10.2013 itself.
3. Hence, nothing survives in the present petition and therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
