Respondents/ Respondents/ Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Section 397 read with 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records in Crl.M.P.No.2075 of 2017 in C.A.No.246 of 2017 dated 23.08.2017 on the file of Principal District and Sessions Judge at Coimbatore and set aside the same and to grant suspend the sentence of the petitioner has been convicted for the offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and sentenced to undergo SI for a period of six months and to pay the compensation of Rs.2,80,000/- within two months, imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magistrate Level-I, Coimbatore in C.C.No.407/2013 dated 02.08.2017 pending disposal of the appeal.

The matter is heard through "Video Conference". 2.

The respondent-accused in the private complaint, is the revision petitioner herein and he was convicted under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act in C.C.No.407/2013. Hence, he preferred an appeal in C.A.No.246/2017 before Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore.

Pending appeal, the petitioner has filed petition for suspension of sentence in C.M.P.No.2075/2017 and the same was dismissed. Hence, the petitioner filed the present revision. Interim suspension was granted by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Now it is represented that the C.A.No.246/2017 is disposed of by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this criminal revision case. Hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous.
