C.M.P.No.18858 of 2019 is filed to receive the certified copy of the charge sheet and memo of evidence as additional documents in the above appeal, which is filed against the award dated 02.08.2018 made in M.C.O.P.No.1568 of 2012 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Chief Small Causes Court, Chennai. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 3 as well as the learned counsel appearing for the 8th respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
