This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in para 6(b) on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18916 of 2022 dated 10.08.2022 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police twice daily at 10.30 a.m., and 04.30 p.m., for further period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation". The other conditions shall remain intact.
