PRAYER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 484 of BNSS to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner on the disguise of the enquiry, based on the foisted complaint lodged by the Defacto complainant on the file of the Respondent Police Station, without adhering to the mandatory provisions of law.

ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent Police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of investigation/enquiry and pass such further orders.

2. It is the contention of the petitioner that under the pretext of enquiry, the police is unnecessarily harassing the petitioners. 2/4

3. The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], on instructions, submitted that pursuant to the the complaint lodged by the 2 nd respondent/defacto complaint, enquiry has been conducted and the case has been closed on 05.09.2025.

4. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
