Since the memo have been filed withdrawing the vakalat and no fresh counsel has entered appearance on behalf of the party, this Court is of the view that the third party appeals have not been pursued in the manner known to law. Hence, leave need not be granted and accordingly, the petitions seeking leave stand dismissed. Consequently, the Appeal Suits are also dismissed at the SR stage itself.
