This application has been filed to permit the applicant to carry out the amend the 5th defendant name in cause tile as NIRMALA SHARMA in the place of NIRMALA DEVI and 7th defendant name in the cause title as SANTHOSH in the place of SANTHOSH DEVI in C.S.No.418 of 2007 wherever found in the plaint.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this application stands allowed.

3.The plaintiff is now required to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
