(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The petitioner, who is the fifth respondent in the said writ petition has filed this petition to grant an extension of time for further period of four months from 30.08.2024, to comply the order dated 22.02.2024 passed in W.P.No.3214 of 2024.

M.V.P.Sengottuvel, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, already the birds housed in the shed, which is constructed in the land in question, were shifted to some other place and hence, for removal of the said building structure, seeks to extend further four months time.

Mr.A.Edwin Prabakar, learned State Government Pleader has not raised any serious objection to grant such extension of time. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and further four months time is granted to the petitioner to remove the said building structure, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that, no further time will be granted.
