Since the matter is pending for a long time, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Namakkal is directed to dispose of the case in C.C. No. 40 of 2012 within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
